Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — and we stand by the quality of our products. Because each item is custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and provide:

A clear photo of the issue
Your order number
A brief description of the problem

We'll review the issue and either offer a free replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Since all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
